Awesome tour! My tour guide Praveen was very knowledgeable and friendly. Learned a lot of history and facts about the places we visited. The restaurants he took us to were also delicious! He’s a local who truly knows about the places you see on this tour. He does a good job managing the time so you have enough time at each location on the itinerary. Mysore Palace is stunning and a must see. Highly recommend this tour!

Is hard to choose a favorite part of my day trip. Every single part of it and every detailed was well planned and part of a great experience. Be ready for a full day of discoveries. Praveen is a great host, his knowledge and way of describing and providing insights of each of the places makes the experience even more enjoyable. His passion is contagious. I was traveling alone and felt safe in every part of the trip.
I decided to book a second tour around Bangalore, as I enjoyed the experience so much.

A Can't-Miss Day Trip from Bangalore

One of the best experiences of our two-and-a-half weeks in India! Praveen's love for this city and southern India writ-large is truly self-evident and his warmth and passion were infectious from start to finish.

The local touches took this trip from great to incredible. Eating at a local restaurant (not another tourist in sight and some of the best food of our trip!), walking through a local market (an otherwise-intimidating experience made confidently accessible by Praveen's deft guidance), and driving well-outside of the city to visit an incredibly well-preserved 13th century temple were utter standouts. It's hard to imagine Chennakesava temple won't be named a UNESCO World Heritage site in the next decade - it was perhaps our favorite site (rivaling the Taj Mahal) of our entire trip, and is an intricate piece of history with comparatively little tourist traffic.

Even on our drive back from Mysore to Bangalore, Praveen used our roadside stop as another chance to show us local food. It is no surprise to me at all that this trip has uniformly 5-star reviews. It's all substance and no cruft, led by a guide with a deep love for his work. If you're in Bangalore or Mysore, this trip can't be missed!

Amazing adventure of the sights in and around Bangalore. Words cannot express the beauty of the places we visited like Chennakesava Temple, which was a magnificent 12th century temple handcrafted from stone, utterly breathtaking to see in person. Mysore palace was the highlight and although it usually is busy, Praveen and Sandeep were still able to get us all around in a group, explain each section in detail and take some amazing photos! I was a solo traveler and a little hesitant at first to go on my own, but Sandeep and Praveen were very welcoming which made me feel at ease and part of the group in no time at all. I felt like a VIP being picked up at the hotel, which was a little outside of the Bangalore city, but Praveen was still very happy to go out of the way to pick me up so I could experience the tour. The bus was also very comfortable and air-conditioned which made the road trips very comfortable. Sandeep was very knowledgeable of each site, and also had a great sense of humour which helped to pass the time in the bus! Praveen knew all the best spots for photos and was more than happy to help each of us get that perfect shot for instagram. Thank you Sandeep and Praveen for all the effort you guys put in for the tour, and I highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see the beauty that Bangalore and surrounds has to offer. Just do it, you won’t be disappointed!
